By accessing and using Metadataly, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features (Pro features, Usage tracking), you may be required to create an account using Google Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
3. Use License
Permission is granted to use Metadataly for personal or commercial purposes to generate metadata for stock assets. You agree NOT to:
- Use the service to generate metadata for illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, or violent content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the service.
- Use the service to spam or overload the API infrastructure.
- Share Pro account credentials with third parties.
4. Subscriptions & Refunds
Pro Plan: Access to premium features is available via a subscription fee.
- Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, Contact Support within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the images and videos you process. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you upload or the metadata generated. However, Metadataly retains all rights to its own software, code, and design.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (e.g., abusive usage, payment fraud).
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
